Privacy policy
Effective October 19, 2026
This policy explains what ClearFocus Coverage ("we") collects through clearfocus.health and what we do with it. We are an independent insurance agency owned and run by Michael Callaghan, a licensed agent (NPN 21775459).
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, phone, email, ZIP code or county, the topics you pick, and your message.
- Consent records: when you agree to be contacted or give Marketplace consent, we keep the exact wording you agreed to and the date and time.
- Basic visit data: if analytics is turned on, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you.
Please don't send medical history, prescriptions, Social Security numbers, or Medicare numbers through this site. We collect those only by phone or inside secure enrollment systems when you apply.
How we use it
- To reply to you about the insurance topics you asked about.
- To set up and document a Medicare Scope of Appointment or Marketplace consent, as federal rules require.
- To keep records we're legally required to keep.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only:
- With the companies that run this site for us: Netlify hosts the site and receives form submissions, and Google Workspace handles our email.
- With insurance companies, HealthSherpa, or the Health Insurance Marketplace, only when you choose to apply for coverage.
- When the law requires it.
Calls, texts, and email
If you send a form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, or email about what you asked. Agreeing is never a condition of buying anything. You can tell us to stop at any time by replying STOP to a text, asking us on a call, or emailing info@clearfocus.health. Message and data rates may apply.
How long we keep it
Medicare Scope of Appointment records and Marketplace consent records are kept for at least 10 years, as federal rules require. Other messages are kept as long as we need them to help you, then deleted.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner. The links to HealthSherpa, Medicare.gov, and HealthCare.gov open other websites with their own privacy policies.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us, except records we're required to keep. Email info@clearfocus.health or call (915) 588-2115.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
