ClearFocus Coverage is an independent insurance agency run by Michael Callaghan, licensed in Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona (NPN 21775459). ClearFocus Coverage is an independent insurance agency. We are not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government, the federal Medicare program, or the Health Insurance Marketplace.

Information on this site

The content here is general information, not advice for your situation. Plan availability, costs, and benefits depend on where you live and change every year. The official plan documents from the insurance company control your coverage.

We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent [number of] organizations which offer [number of] products in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE to get information on all of your options.

Enrolling

Using this site or sending a form does not enroll you in any plan. You enroll only when you complete an application with an insurance company, HealthSherpa, Medicare, or the Marketplace.
